My name is Astrid Morphet and I am a Sales Representative with the RE/MAX Real Estate Centre Inc., in Cambridge. My areas of expertise are Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and the surrounding areas.
I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2011 and have been working with the same brokerage since the onset of my career. I am a graduate of Western University in London and Humber College in Toronto. I have spent over 15 years working in education and healthcare while making a difference in people's lives on a daily basis. This is why I chose to pursue a career in real estate. My goal was to stay true to myself and my passions, while using my people, research and technology skills to help my clients succeed and build investments and memories, while being closer to home, my friends and family. My focus as a REALTOR® is on providing exemplary service to my clients at all times. I ensure my client's best interests are protected and promoted every step of the way, while negotiating for the best deal possible. I sincerely enjoy helping my clients accomplish their real estate goals of buying, selling, investing and renting while building friendships along the way. To facilitate my commitment to service and further my expertise, I continually update y education to ensure that I am at the forefront of the real estate industry.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my friends and family, my amazing fur babies: Leo who is a 12 year old Eurasier and Bentley a 1 year old Bernedoodle, traveling, playing sports, exploring new hot spots, attending concerts, sporting events or just relaxing at home!
